Welcome to Shur-Co® of North Dakota

The North Dakota service center in Fargo was established in 1999, a natural extension of Shur-Co's early start in Wahpeton, ND. The service center is responsible for the majority of the company's Canadian business.

Along with three service-and-installation bays, the North Dakota service center operates a tarp department capable of manufacturing tarps from scratch when necessary and a shipping department to get product to customers with short lead times.

About Your Service Center Manager

Trevor Hinsz has been with Shur-Co® for 16 years, and he brings plenty of practical, hands-on experience to the manager’s position, having started as an installation-and-repair specialist. He grew up on the Iron Range north of Duluth, MN, a small mining area. That background helps explain why one of his favorite things is working with his customers to design ideas “outside the box.”

The North Dakota service center has eight full-time employees. Trevor says, “Everyone here is excited about their jobs, and they bring a lot of ideas to the table." He feels that the customers recognize the high level of enthusiasm at the service center and are satisfied with the service they receive, scheduled or not. “Drive-ins are a common thing, and we like that, as it keeps things interesting,” he laughs.
